My
name is Danze Yanos. I am a 49 year old man who found a need for
exercise and healthy living.
I
am not a certified personal trainer nor am I a fitness guru. I hold no
accreditations nor
do I belong to any clubs or gyms.
I
am employed with the City & County of San Francisco, CA as a
Transit Operator (bus driver), I am also a Chef. I have extensive
knowledge of foods and nutrition having graduated with honors from the
California Culinary Academy (Le Cordon Bleu Program).
I
developed this exercise regimen after several years of trying other
programs that didn’t give me the results I needed. After
having surgery on my back I needed to strengthen my abs and legs to
help relieve the pain in my lower back. I discovered through exercising
that I received more beneficial and faster results exercising with free
weights as opposed to gym machines. Eating the right foods also had a
lot to do with my overall progress. If sugar, fried foods, cakes and
pastries etc., remain as part of the diet you will not get the results
you need no matter how much you exercise. Eating healthy and exercising
regularly with free weights I began to see more progress within a month
then at any other time. As I began to get more involved with the free
weights I also began to research the benefits of exercising with free
weights and eventually put together a regimen of exercises that gave me
the results I needed. With my knowledge of food and nutrition I put
together a daily meal plan that consist of 6 (I do 6) small meals
containing all the calories, nutrients, proteins and carbs needed in an
average day for me.
So, to sum it all up the exercise program which
consists of lifting
heavy weights with low reps coupled with my eating plan have worked
wonders for me and I am confident that it will work for you as well.
